Laugh it up

It's really great to be done with the last really busy quarter of school, as I'm able to be home to hang out and play with Matthew.
Just this weekend, I had Matthew on the couch, and I was just messing around with him and his blanket and his toys. One of the things I did just to be silly was that I started to make him hit my cheeks with his hands. I just did it really quickly, but I noticed that he seemed to really enjoy it. So I did it some more, and he started to laugh! His first laugh, no less! I scrambled to get the video camera, but the battery was dead, so Ali used my cell phone camera (hence the low quality).
I'm not sure why he liked it so much. I'm guessing it was either because I hadn't shaved in a day or so and maybe it tickled his hands, or that he enjoys inflicting pain upon others, especially his father. The most likely reason though is because the Reds thwomped the Florida Marlins, 11-3 that night, and he was just delirious.

I don't know what happened to my other comment...but I think it is so cool that you got it on video. Remember I'm the one that taught him how to do those open-mouth kisses...Oh, I wish I could come play with him right now...I hope he is enjoying the toys I got him. I'll have to call and you can have him laugh into the phone...Crystal
