Matthew update 2

12/01/2008

Forgot to mention in my last update that since last Monday Matthew weighed 19 lbs 8oz. He is just getting so big. He is eating a lot more foods. He loves fruits and veggies but will eat the meats or lasagna. In fact he was eating some of my food the other day at a restaraunt. He likes eating with other people. But he chews pretty well. Someimes he will imitate me while I'm eating. I got him some gerber lil' crunchies. He seems to like the cheese puffs over the apple ones.

He has been pulling up a lot more. While we were moving furniture he used a chair and pulled up to stand. Matt was there to see it. On Thanksgiving we went to my parents house. He loves his crib at my mom's. Infact there is a toy in that crib that attaches to the side. He liked it so much I went and got the identical toy and put one in his crib at home. He doesn't care about that toy at all. So anyways he was laying on his back playing with this toy and then he rolled over. The next thing we knew he was sitting up peeking over the crib. Since then he gets up and down all the time. He'll get on his tummy and roll over. Then he will roll back over and push up until he is sitting nicely. He just gets so proud of himself. Matt has video of Matthew in his crib playing around at my mom's house.

His rash is completely healed. It actually only lasted until Tuesday. He won't have another check up until January right before we leave for a much needed family vacation.

I hope you enjoyed the update and had a Happy Thanksgiving.
