Matthew's 7 weeks old

Matthew is 7 weeks old now. The weeks are just flying buy. He'll be moving out before we know it. This week my brother and his family (Nick, Crystal, Brittany, and Austin) came to visit all the way from Houston. It has been so much fun having them here. I have received a lot more sleep because my sister-in-law loves Matthew so much she just can't put him down. She has done most of the feedings, changes and even gets up with him at night. I really appreciate all she is doing. Also his cousins (Brittany and Austin) can't stop looking and playing with him. It's so cute.
We took him to Rising Park for the first time and he slept most of the time but we took some cute pictures while we were there. We celebrated Memorial Day at Nana and Papa's; he got to see his first parade. We also celebrated Matthew's cousin Brittany's 12th birthday the day after Memorial Day. Matthew helped by sleeping so I could decorate for the party. We did cake, gifts, made s'mores in the fire pit, did sparklers, and popped popcorn. It was a lot of fun. Matthew slept through most of it though. He is going to the zoo for the first time on Friday with his cousins. He is looking forward to seeing the fishes :).
In other news he is growing so much. He eats all the time. He currently weighs 10 pounds. He still has big feet and is getting some long legs. His head is also getting too large for hats. He's my big boy that's for sure.

Oh, I do just love him so much! I'm glad to help...I wish you guys were closer...so get to work on that! :) Austin and Brittany are going to miss not hanging out with him. I really think he liked the kangaroos the most at the zoo! I can't wait to see next weeks update... Crystal
